Nextgen Design and build LTD provide a full and dedicated service starting from outline proposals, conceptual design, planning permission, building control, detailed design tendering, 3D visualization, building and land surveying. We have registered addresses in Kilkenny, Kildare and Dublin.
The Team – The team includes qualified and chartered Architectural Technologists MCIAT in the fields of design, engineering and surveying, whom contribute to provide the highest standard quality services focused on energy efficient design.
Members of Nextgen Design and build LTD are also Chartered Building Engineers registered with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE). The practice is covered by a Professional Indemnity Insurance with a limit of €1,000,000. For clarification, the practice is not registered with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, which is not a legal requisite to offer our clients a quality design service.
